This Refund Policy applies to all online courses and digital products offered by Elara Online S.R.L. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Due to the digital nature of our products, we apply specific conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase; and

  • You have completed no more than 15% of the course content

Both conditions must be satisfied for a refund to be approved.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date

  • More than 15% of the course has been accessed or completed

  • The course has been fully completed

  • You changed your mind after significant usage of the content

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

4. EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you acknowledge that:

  • By purchasing digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun

  • By accessing the course content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content

However, Elara Online S.R.L. voluntarily provides the refund conditions described in Section 2 as a commercial guarantee.

  • Email used for purchase

  • Course name

  • Reason for refund request

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Attempting to access substantial content before requesting a refund

  • Any fraudulent activity

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

10. Live Classes (Attendance & Rescheduling Policy)

For live classes or sessions (including those conducted via video conferencing platforms):

  • Refunds will not be granted if you have attended more than 15 minutes of a scheduled class (each class being 60 minutes in duration).

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you are entitled to:

    • Reschedule the session free of charge, subject to availability

  • Failure to attend a class ("no-show") does not entitle you to a refund, but you may still request rescheduling where applicable.

  • Refunds are not available for missed or partially attended live sessions under any circumstances.
